Products All our products are handmade. Minor variations in color, texture, and size are natural and part of the handmade character of each piece.

Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Orders Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately. Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to make changes or cancel.

Shipping All orders are shipped from China. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. To start a return, email hello@therosalieloom.com with your order number.

Liability The Rosalie Loom is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or shipping carriers.
